Your browser

Cookies, browser storage and site interaction data

Browser storage used by JuiceIN

Some JuiceIN order, service and contact features use browser storage, including local storage or session storage, so details can continue between relevant steps or pages. Depending on the feature you use, this may include basket items, quantities, selected service options, delivery or collection preferences and recent enquiry details. Customer contact details used by request forms may be kept only for the current browser session where the relevant flow supports that.

Persistent local storage can remain on your device until it is cleared, replaced or removed by browser/site controls. Session storage normally lasts only for the current browser tab or session. Clearing your browser's site data can remove saved information.

Cookies

Our website platform, hosting, security or other enabled site services may use cookies that are necessary for the website to operate. If we enable non-essential analytics, advertising or similar tracking cookies, we will use the consent controls required for that processing and update this policy where necessary.

Interaction events

Some JuiceIN page code can record basic interaction events in the browser, such as a button or page action. If an analytics or tag-management service is connected to those events, the relevant provider may receive interaction and technical information according to the configuration in use at that time.

05

Who may receive information

When information is shared

WhatsApp / Meta

Many JuiceIN order and enquiry flows open WhatsApp with a prepared message. When you choose to send that message, the information is transmitted through WhatsApp and is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms and practices.

Website and hosting providers

Website hosting, security, backup, email or technical service providers may process information where this is necessary to operate, secure or support the website.

Shades Yummie for Catering and Baking

Catering and Baking are coming soon. We are not currently collecting booking or quote requests for these services through this website.

Delivery and service providers

Where another person or provider is needed to complete an agreed delivery or active JuiceIN service, we may share only the information reasonably needed for that task.

Professional advisers and authorities

Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, dispute-resolution or regulatory purposes, or where disclosure is required by applicable law.

For the website and service flows described in this policy, JuiceIN does not sell customer personal information to advertisers.

Processing outside Nigeria

Some technology providers, including communication, hosting or cloud providers, may process information in other countries. Where personal data is transferred internationally, the transfer should be handled using a lawful transfer basis and the safeguards required by the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and applicable NDPC guidance.

06

How long information is kept

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected for, including completing an order or service, handling questions or disputes, maintaining appropriate business records, and meeting legal, accounting or regulatory requirements.

Different records can therefore have different retention periods. Information saved in your own browser remains there according to the storage type in use: persistent local storage can remain until it is cleared or replaced, while session storage is normally removed when the relevant browser session ends.

When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted, anonymised or otherwise handled securely, subject to any continuing legal or record-keeping requirement.
