This website is operated for 7of9 JuiceIN, a fresh-drinks business serving customers in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. Catering and Baking food is provided through our Shades Yummie partnership. For the personal information covered by this policy, 7of9 JuiceIN acts as the business responsible for deciding why and how that information is used, except where another service is independently responsible for its own processing.
You can contact us about privacy using the details in the Contact and privacy requests section.
This policy is intended to describe the website and service flows currently in use in the context of the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and applicable guidance issued by the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
What we may collect

These are used when you build an order, request support or send an enquiry.
This can include selected products, quantities, preferences, order notes and an order name or reference.
For delivery, we may need the delivery area, address or venue and a preferred date and time. Collection details may also be confirmed with you.

If you use the Contact page, the information can include your name or business name, phone or WhatsApp number, enquiry type, message, and — where useful — a date, quantity or guest count, location, delivery or collection preference, or order/event reference.
Our website platform, hosting and related security systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps and server logs.

Why we use information
How and why we use your information
| Purpose | Typical information | Why we process it |
|---|---|---|
| Prepare and respond to an order | Name, phone, products, quantities, notes, date and delivery or collection details | To take steps you ask us to take before an order and to perform an agreed order. |
| Respond to enquiries and support | Contact details, message, order reference and relevant context | To answer your request and manage our customer service. |
| Plan Catering or Baking | Contact details, selected items, options, quantities, drink pairings, notes, date and delivery, collection or occasion details | These services are not accepting orders or quotes. This processing purpose is not currently active. |
| Plan JuiceIN Pop-Up service | Contact details, event date, venue, guest count, chosen setup, service mode, service duration and notes | To assess availability, recommend the practical event plan, prepare a quote and provide the agreed service. |
| Operate and protect the website | Technical logs, device/browser information and security events | Our legitimate interest in running, securing and troubleshooting the website. |
| Comply with legal or accounting duties | Order, payment or communication records where required | To meet applicable legal obligations and keep appropriate business records. |
| Optional analytics or marketing | Interaction or device information where an optional analytics/marketing tool is enabled | Consent or another lawful basis required by applicable law, depending on the tool and context. |
The lawful basis can differ depending on the activity. In general, orders and requested services are handled because you have asked us to take steps toward an order or because we need the information to perform an agreed service. Website security and ordinary customer administration may rely on legitimate interests, while consent is used where it is required for optional processing.
Your browser
Cookies, browser storage and site interaction data
Browser storage used by JuiceIN
Some JuiceIN order, service and contact features use browser storage, including local storage or session storage, so details can continue between relevant steps or pages. Depending on the feature you use, this may include basket items, quantities, selected service options, delivery or collection preferences and recent enquiry details. Customer contact details used by request forms may be kept only for the current browser session where the relevant flow supports that.
Persistent local storage can remain on your device until it is cleared, replaced or removed by browser/site controls. Session storage normally lasts only for the current browser tab or session. Clearing your browser's site data can remove saved information.
Cookies
Our website platform, hosting, security or other enabled site services may use cookies that are necessary for the website to operate. If we enable non-essential analytics, advertising or similar tracking cookies, we will use the consent controls required for that processing and update this policy where necessary.
Interaction events
Some JuiceIN page code can record basic interaction events in the browser, such as a button or page action. If an analytics or tag-management service is connected to those events, the relevant provider may receive interaction and technical information according to the configuration in use at that time.
Who may receive information
When information is shared
Many JuiceIN order and enquiry flows open WhatsApp with a prepared message. When you choose to send that message, the information is transmitted through WhatsApp and is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms and practices.
Website hosting, security, backup, email or technical service providers may process information where this is necessary to operate, secure or support the website.
Catering and Baking are coming soon. We are not currently collecting booking or quote requests for these services through this website.
Where another person or provider is needed to complete an agreed delivery or active JuiceIN service, we may share only the information reasonably needed for that task.
Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, dispute-resolution or regulatory purposes, or where disclosure is required by applicable law.
For the website and service flows described in this policy, JuiceIN does not sell customer personal information to advertisers.
Processing outside Nigeria
Some technology providers, including communication, hosting or cloud providers, may process information in other countries. Where personal data is transferred internationally, the transfer should be handled using a lawful transfer basis and the safeguards required by the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and applicable NDPC guidance.
How long information is kept
Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected for, including completing an order or service, handling questions or disputes, maintaining appropriate business records, and meeting legal, accounting or regulatory requirements.
Different records can therefore have different retention periods. Information saved in your own browser remains there according to the storage type in use: persistent local storage can remain until it is cleared or replaced, while session storage is normally removed when the relevant browser session ends.
When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted, anonymised or otherwise handled securely, subject to any continuing legal or record-keeping requirement.
