Ordering basics

Straight to the point: how to order, what we need, and what to expect.

How do I place an order?
Message us with what you want, your quantity, and where/when you need it. If you’re not sure what to pick, tell us your vibe (sweet, citrusy, creamy, light) and we’ll suggest the right options.
Do you take same-day orders?
Sometimes, yes — depending on the day and what’s already booked. If it’s urgent, message early and we’ll tell you what’s realistic.
What information do you need from me?
Date + time, delivery/location, quantity, and what you’re ordering. For events/bulk: guest count and your budget range helps us plan properly.
Can I mix different flavours in one order?
Yes. Mixing is normal — especially for bulk and office drops. Tell us the number of cups and how you want it shared (equal split or your own ratio).
Do you do custom requests?
Yes, within reason. Tell us what you’re trying to achieve (less sweet, more citrus, extra creamy, etc). If it affects cost or timing, we’ll tell you upfront.

Delivery

Timing, areas, and handoff

We keep it neat. No messy stories.

Do you deliver?
Yes. Tell us your location and preferred time window. If delivery isn’t possible for a time/area, we’ll say so quickly.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on location and workload. Once we confirm your order, we’ll confirm the delivery time window with you.
Can I schedule delivery for a specific time?
You can request a time, and we’ll confirm what we can meet. For events, we plan around setup and serving flow so timing stays tight.
What if I’m not available when the rider arrives?
Best is to have someone available to receive it. If nobody is available, it can delay things or cause re-delivery costs depending on the situation.

Events & Pop Ups

Bookings, crowd size, and how we show up

Do you do events and Pop Ups?
Yes. Pop Ups are made for clean setup and smooth guest flow. Send your date, venue, and expected crowd size.
How early should I book for an event?
Weekends fill up fast. If it’s an event, earlier is better. If it’s urgent, message and we’ll tell you what’s realistic.
Do you do bulk orders for offices?
Yes. Offices are perfect for bulk. Tell us the number of cups, delivery time, and the mix you want.
What do you need to price an event?
Date + time, location, guest count/quantity, and budget range. If you have a theme or serving style in mind, mention it too.
Can you brand the setup for my event?
Depending on the request, yes. Tell us what you want (labels, colours, simple signage) and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

Payments

How payment works

No confusion. We keep it clear.

How do I pay?
Once we confirm your order, we’ll send payment details and your total. For events/bulk, we may require a deposit to lock your date.
Do you require payment before delivery?
For most orders, yes — especially busy days. It helps us keep delivery smooth and avoid last-minute cancellations.
What if I need to change my order?
Message as early as possible. If prep has not started, changes are usually fine. If prep has started, we’ll tell you what can still be adjusted.
Do you do refunds?
If there’s a real issue on our side, we’ll handle it properly. For event deposits and late cancellations, it depends on timing and what’s already been prepared.

How to store your drinks so they still taste right.

How should I store my juice?
Keep it chilled. If you’re not drinking immediately, refrigeration helps it stay fresh and taste clean.
How long does it last?
It depends on the blend and how it’s stored. If you need a specific “use by” for your order, tell us what you’re buying and we’ll guide you.
Do you handle allergies?
Tell us your allergy concerns before ordering. We’ll advise what’s safe to avoid, but if you have severe allergies, always be extra careful and double-check ingredients.
