Are your juices cold-pressed or made with a traditional juicer?
Our juices are cold-pressed. Cold-pressing slowly presses fruits and vegetables without heat — so you get a cleaner taste, smoother finish, and more nutrients compared to typical high-speed juicers.
Some blends may be lightly blended where needed, but our core juice line is cold-pressed.
Do your smoothies contain added sugar or sweeteners?
We do not add refined sugar. Sweetness comes from fruits and optional natural ingredients like dates or honey, depending on the recipe.
Prefer it less sweet? Tell us and we’ll adjust where possible.
How long do your juices and shots stay fresh?
For best taste and freshness, drink within 48–72 hours when kept chilled. Our products are made fresh and we avoid preservatives — so freshness is the point.
Always keep your bottle refrigerated. If it stays out too long, quality drops quickly.
Are your products vegan and dairy-free?
Yes — our juices and wellness shots are vegan and dairy-free. Most smoothies are also dairy-free unless clearly stated.
If you have allergies, message us before ordering so we can guide you properly.
Can I customize a juice or smoothie?
Yes. You can request tweaks (remove ginger, reduce sweetness, add greens, etc.) depending on what’s available that day.
We’ll still keep the blend balanced so the taste stays right.
Do you use frozen or fresh produce?
We prioritise fresh produce and local sourcing whenever possible. In some seasons, a few ingredients may be frozen to keep quality consistent.
Either way, we focus on clean ingredients and great taste.
Are your wellness shots safe to take daily?
For most people, yes — but start small. Wellness shots (especially ginger or turmeric based) can be quite strong.
If you’re pregnant, on medication, or managing a health condition, speak with your doctor first.
Do you have options suitable for people with diabetes?
Yes — we can recommend lower-sugar options and adjust recipes where possible. Smoothies and juices vary by fruit content, so we’ll guide you to the best fit.
