• Standard orders: Delivered within 24–48 hours after confirmation
• Bulk orders & event catering: Delivered on the scheduled date and time agreed upon
• Same-day delivery: Available for select items if ordered early (extra charges apply)

Order Processing All orders are freshly prepared. Processing begins only after payment is confirmed. Once an order is in production, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Delivery Fees Delivery fees are calculated based on:

• Location
• Order size
• Urgency (standard vs express)

Exact fees will be communicated before final confirmation. Bulk & Corporate Orders Large orders (juice bulk orders, event trays, office catering) are carefully packed and delivered in batches if needed to maintain quality and freshness. Upon Delivery Please inspect your order immediately. Any issues must be reported at the point of delivery. Claims made after delivery may not be honoured. Failed Deliveries If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or delayed response, re-delivery may attract an additional fee.
